ZRG Multi-Function Oil Purifier Series

Use:
ZRG is used in petroleum fields, chemical engineering, metallurgy electric power, etc, ZRG series can efficiently remove water, air, gas and other impurities from oil and enhance its breakdown voltage. It canbe useed online and onsite without interference of power supply or replacement of fresh oil. And it can keep all the control systems operating normally.

• Integrating the two functions of dehydrating device and vacuum oil purifier, rapidly reducing the water to less than 100ppm.
• A superior purification system with top quality filter element, which can accommodate largely quantity of dirt and is dandified progressively step by step. The filter element han got a high precision and multi-stage filtration, and high efficiency dehydrating.
• Online work, allowing separated operation of manual operators from machine with lamps indicating the condition for operation.
• It is humanization desigh with low noise,deep purification and long time free mantenance to save cose from the running process.

Optional mode:
• The customers' request can be met by adopting PLC intelligent control,touch screen and dynamical display.
• On line water tester is available.
• Available in mobile option,immovable option and trailer.
• Oil purifier can be made in hermetical,canopy-covering,open and frame style.
• Color of the oil purifier can follow customer's favor.
